In addition to delivering on the mandate to create a short film about what Humanising the System sees as the future of Corporate Parenting, we created a policy prototype. Our prototype imagines flexible and agile working in the Falkirk Council of the future, a future Council that gives resource and freedom to staff in order to nurture relationships with care leavers in ways they see fit.
We also completed a project evaluation, which will be presented to Falkirk Council’s senior management.
