Our Service Design Concept and Policy Prototype: Share the Care

Relationships don’t just happen between 9-5, especially with a young person who is transitioning into adult life. This concept explore what a future Falkirk Council looks like, one that has the conditions and resources that allows all Corporate Parents to be agile, flexible and responsive to care leavers.
