Revisiting our persona

We spent time working to redraft our persona so that she was more in keeping with the befriender Hollie-Ann had worked with. Below is the new persona and her insight cards.

We considered how supported Gill was going to be in her workplace to be a nurturer? One of the key focus points for our group was; when a relationship ends between a Corporate Parent (like Gill) and a care leaver e.g. due to maternity leave or moving to a different role, the care leaver should have the option to maintain the relationship. Our group noted that, “It’s not good enough to say to Gill, ‘it’s okay to stay in touch and here are the systems’, other priorities need to be taken into account and there needs to be a top down approach.”
