Prioritising Gill’s needs and ideas

At this stage, we still had a lot of ideas and we needed to whittle them down! To do this the group prioritised Gill’s needs by picking 1-2 needs from our research which they felt were most important for us to focus on. They chose:

• Better information sharing between services / working closely with other services
• Time to build nurturing relationships with the young people she works with
• Going above and beyond
• Being able to demonstrate nurture with young people
• Being a single point of contact with service us

The ideas which related to these needs were then clustered underneath each need and the group worked to choose 2-4 ideas which we would integrate into our story:
